In the wall is fireproof wire. It’s a safety feature required by the building codes.
I would use it, because someday you may want to sell the house it might show up in a home inspection audit.

Nothing. If you leave the wires in the wall when you move, it can effect the value of your home. There are building codes, and this wiring job might show during the inspection. You can not just use regular wires if you are going to leave it in the home. I do not like installing in wall speakers or wiring due to the fact that you can not easily remove them without leaving a hole in the wall. Beside that you won’t be able to move them around when you want to upgrade. Hope this will help you out.
